Sailport Waterfront Suites - Nowatney

Another reviewer said it best when they said to tailor your expectations. For the price point, the location and rooms were excellent. We stayed one night last minute as a stopover before flying out the next day, paid a bit more for the bay view. Unfortunately I got a partially obstructed view so if you're booking late it may not be worth the extra dough. It was still nice sitting on the balcony and looking over the pool and part of the bay. The property is older but the staff was polite and the amenities are as advertised. The room was also good for our small family since it has a separated bedroom. Room was clean and the layout was suitable. Kitchen doesn't have dish soap and it's a Keurig coffee maker so keep that in mind. If you're coming for a longer stay, I'd recommend calling and trying to arrange to get a room with a great view. I'd also recommend bringing extras from home (such as dish soap); don't expect a fully stocked apartment.

I stayed here years ago, and a lot of positive changes have occurred since then. The rooms are seem nicer, the pool area was added/renovated, and there's now a 24 hour security guard for arrivals guests to identify themselves at the gate. Both TVs in our room were unable to allow us to screen share from our phones and stream shows a feature they mention as a new benefit to guests. Maybe next time.

For how much you pay to stay it is a shame they cannot hire professional cleaners. I saw a cleaning lady with her 5 year old helping her. The rooms and carpet are disgusting
