I usually order Tropical trio and there is no way they can give me the avocado in good condition, always hard and green, it's not fair because I'm paying for it

I wanted to update my review. After a year hiatus and in desperate times we gave this another chance. MIND BLOWN DIFFERENCE! The new manager Natalie is on her A GAME! The food, the staff and the whole experience is what made Pollo Tropical a great place from the jump! She’s running the business THE RIGHT WAY! So go ahead and head over. I’m impressed. 3/25/2024. They need to have better planning, we’ve been several times and been really let down- I am sad to report and it’s due to lack of management or something. I also officially have to send in my Hispanic partner because they aren’t friendly towards me anymore. They HAVE NO SAUCE the past 5 times we’ve gone. How is that possible? This weekend I went early to avoid the dinner rush. I ended up stopping at the Publix around the corner to buy ingredients to attempt to make the sauce and randomly other woman were getting the same things! In line at checkout we me and the other couple of women) discussed how we love the food but one of the things that makes it good is the sauces. I really hope they get it together and start improving again. We once really loved this place. Also, the price to feed a family of 4 is over $75 here now. So make sure you’ve got that in mind.
