Feeling threatened, I called the front desk out of fear for my safety. I abruptly left my room and called a friend while heading downstairs, only to find two attendants at the front desk who appeared completely indifferent to my situation. They didn’t come to my aid, and it seemed like they decided it was not their responsibility to assist a distressed guest. When I called the front desk and requested help, they assured me someone would respond. It felt as though my safety concerns were dismissed as a joke. If I had known they wouldn’t take my situation seriously, I would never have chosen this hotel, especially considering how critical safety is when staying alone in a hotel. My safety, and that of all guests, should be a top priority.

The breakfast was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the hallways and elevators had no air conditioning, which was uncomfortable. I had requested no feather pillows when I made my reservation due to my asthma, but I found only feather pillows in my room. I asked for a regular pillow twice but never received one. When I called the front desk for fresh towels, I was advised to locate the cleaning staff, none of whom spoke English. On a positive note, the towels and sheets were clean. Unfortunately, the glass shower door wouldn't stay closed, causing water to splash everywhere. Additionally, there was little to no water pressure in the shower. Be cautious when using the in-room coffee machine. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

I do have a few minor complaints: the coffee is always warm, rather than hot; the popular FOX Business channel is absent; there are limited sports channels; there are only two luggage carts for such a large property; and there’s no water bottle filling station. Overall, I would definitely come back.

Decent hotel in close proximity to many things makes this a good location. Staff were nice, room was spacious and clean a couple of items need to be fixed in our room, which was disappointing, towel holder in bathroom falling off the wall as was the toilet paper holder. Looks like the wall around the toilet paper holder is gone, so it's going to be a bigger job, but things like this need to be taken care of. I really like hot hot water when I shower and the water temperature was a little disappointing. Shower head had adjustable sprays but I am short and unfortunately could not reach it. Sofa bed in our room was comfortable and the breakfast items we had were tasty, the bacon was. Ice and crisp. Our room had a mini fridge which I appreciated to keep drinks cold. Coffee available in the lobby all day was a nice touch

I gotta say this we got in and the room was horrible smelled like cigarettes and the shower didn 't work at at all. I went downstairs and let the guy know he said there is no more room come in the morning and talk to a person. I went in the morning and told the lady there and she said ok I 'll change u room. I told her I will do it later I had to leave and wasn 't able to do it right that moment.I went back later and sheila said there is no more rooms and she will note it ughhhh... the next day in the morning I went to the front again and TANIA help me out and changed me room and said ther was no notes. Thank you tania this was gonna be a bad review but she made the stay a lot a lot better.
