Dunkin' - Norwood

I literally drive out of my way just to go to this location. The managers are very nice and understanding and are willing to make it right if you have an issue. My favorite barista is definitely sophie she really goes above and beyond for the customers and is always pleasant. You can just tell that she actually cares about her job and the customers that come in. that girl definetly deserves a raise!!!

There s a guy in here with a high top that makes my sandwiches ? he s the man

The donuts were dry and stale. My juice was prepared incorrectly, as I had to send it back twice and even then, it still lacked sugar. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience at this restaurant.

I stopped by this restaurant to pick up an iced coffee and some doughnuts to go. It appeared that they also had indoor seating available. The staff was friendly and since I was the only customer there at the time, the service was quick.
