The call Centre lady was pathetic. She would not give me her name and transferred me to her team leader who did not answer the phone even after waiting for 10 minutes. I still bought the food because Nandos makes good food although that lady at the call Centre is something else. She could have been more polite.

Definitely one of the better branches. The food here is generally always fresh and hot when served. It does get very busy during lunchtime because it attracts students from nearby Universities, schools and other workers in the area. <br/ <br/ It is a halaal branch which is great for those who are muslim as well. They are open quite early and even for lunch it would be better to go before the rush.<br/ <br/ Try the premium chicken burger deluxe if you aren't used to or don't enjoy the generic food. The spicy version is particularly hot, but tasty.<br/ <br/ Prices are cheap and the service is generally friendly. The servers do get agitated when it is busy. They do have ATM card machines, but they do go offline at times.

The Staff is friendly and the manager Mr Michael will always go all out to ensure that the customer is assisted to their full satisfaction. I always enjoy buying from them .

The service was quite fast. The lady served us was very knowledgeable about the menu.
