Continuously pumps out un-toasted bagels and bread. Poorly made coffees then when asked if they can make it correctly whether it’s coffee or food, they dish out attitude. Will no longer be going here. General manger and franchise owner should really do there jobs to assure quality standards are met. I never “Karen” out but dang I had to on this one.

I went to Dunkin Dinuts on Fair Street in Norway. Today 4/17/2024. THEY WERE THE MOST AWFUL PEOPLE. THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG THING AND BECAUSE I TOLD THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW SHE YELLED AT ME FOR MY BAG WHICH WAS ON THE THE SEAT. TOOK IT BACK GOT THE RIGHT DONUT THEN THREW IT AT ME. THEN SAID WAIT FOR YOUR COOKED ITEMS. WHEN I was driving off I heard a girl in the back ground yell your welcome. I DO NOT CALL THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I HOPE THE MANGER READS THIS!!!!

If you're going inside, avoid the high school crowd from 215 to around 430. It can get a bit loud and packed.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a worker named “Raymond” cooked my bagel with the cream cheese in it. It ended up burning and was solid as a brick in a wall. Not sure how they saw this and allowed it to be served.
