Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant was previously great, but unfortunately, my experience tonight was disappointing due to the attitude of the staff. The employee I encountered was quite rude and dismissive. I understand that not everyone is familiar with the code sent via email, and instead of taking the time to explain how the system works, the staff member chose to be unhelpful. The restaurant wasn't busy, which would have been a perfect chance to assist customers. It's a shame because my kids enjoy Little Caesars, but from now on, we will opt to pay extra for delivery and better customer service. While our decision may not impact their business significantly, I believe others should be aware of what they might encounter.
We consistently place our orders online and pick them up from the pizza portal. There have been no issues, and everything has been great so far. We've been here many times and even make a long drive to reach this restaurant, going out of our way to enjoy the food.
Service could be better as far as the pizza portal is concerned. Why have that option if it isn't going to be used correctly. Within minutes of receiving text letting me know my order is ready, I walk in half my order is missing I have to wait for new pizzas to be made. Didn't want to sit in there wait, that's why I ordered on the app. Every time.
Fostorias little Caesars is a great place, the manager Julie Little knows how to manage and her crew is amazing! As long as I know she is working I will always request pizza for dinner! She ran the free lunch and it ran great! In and out even crazy packed in seconds.
This place is getting run down and understaffed,and it's not that old. Deep dish pizza is always undercooked I had to stop buying it. To make things worse, I still have to wait 10 minutes or more waiting for pizza that's supposed to be hot and ready with 8 other people huddled around the front counter. This is unacceptable
