Domino's Pizza - Northampton

We ordered a meal for delivery on November 28th, 2021. After waiting for 75 minutes, we still had not received our order. I called the restaurant and was informed that it was out for delivery. Since it was getting late, I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. The person I spoke to seemed flustered and transferred me to the manager. I could hear the manager speaking to another customer in the background, informing them that their order was on the way. When I told the manager that we no longer wanted the order and requested a refund, she was very abrupt and informed me that it would take 5 days to process the refund before hanging up on me. After 5 days passed and I did not receive a refund, I filled out an online form on the website and was told that the franchisee would contact me within 5 days. To my surprise, I received no response. I then sent a direct email to Domino's demanding my money back, and finally received the refund 11 days later. The service and customer service were both shocking, and I would not recommend ordering from them. Papa John's and Pizza Hut deliver much faster and their food is of a better quality. I will never consider ordering from Domino's again.

The food at this restaurant is typically quickly prepared and delivered, however, my most recent experience was disappointing as I had to wait two hours for just one pizza and some cookies. I will not be ordering from Central again.

We tried to order a pizza from our local Dominos, but were told they would not deliver to us because we were not in their delivery area. Despite living only 1 mile away, about a 5 minute drive, they said they could deliver to my daughter in Rothersthorpe, which is 5 miles away on country roads. We were advised to try the town centre location instead. When we called them, we were told they were too busy to take our order for 2 hours, resulting in a 2-hour wait for our pizza. This meant it would not arrive until at least 10 o'clock at night. We believe this level of service is unacceptable and will not be ordering from them in the future.

We ordered pizza at 8.30pm on NYE, expecting a longer than usual wait due to the date. The food never arrived and the store were ignoring calls all night, can only assume the staff gave up and went home. Dominos took the money but did not deliver. Awful.

Called with order told 40 mins wait maximum 1 hour 20 mins later they called us and said we thought you were collecting despite requesting postcode for delivery. They said then that they were on the way. Still didn’t get here called them again for them to apologise that it was going to be another hour! Forget it **** service.
