Pizza Factory - Northampton

This was our first and maybe our last visit. We were told when we arrived that only pizzas are available (we wanted more than that) We were not offered a reason why only pizzas were available and no courteous apologies were offered nor free sodas to assuage our disappointment and inconvenience. The place was unwelcoming, cashier was difficult to understand throughout our encounter. She seemed like she could not be bothered. However, when we got our medium size large pizza home we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. After waiting over 20m we got a clearer picture that they are severally short staffed and even overheard that the pizza guy made the incorrect pizza for someone who ordered over the phone and he walked out dejected and forlorn.

I am a fan of Donna 's Favorite and the Fresh Tomato, Pesto with extra Garlic. I heartily recommend the Pizza Factory, my favorite for 25 years.

I LOVE pizza factory!!!! It is my favorite pizza in town, so comforting! I wish they would bring back their barbecue wings they were soooo good but they took them away because of covid

This has to be the worst pizza I've had in years, I would rather order little caesars hot and ready. No flavor in the sauce or crust. Really cheap feta and I mean bad. Even the buffalo chicken pizza had no flavor and I'm not sure how you do that.

Learn how to make a Hawaiian pizza it comes with ham or bacon and pineapple.. all I got was cheese pineapple and sauce..how can you call that Hawaiian pizza
