Lhasa Cafe - Northampton

The espresso is good; it plays it safe without being overly impressive. The interior feels somewhat bland and simple, but the seating is comfortable and the windows are lovely. Plus, they have maintained the children's corner!

This is a very cute cafe if you're looking to have a coffee and a nice little play area for kids. Their quiche was pretty good, and the other items on the menu looked good too. Probably would choose somewhere else for a breakfast/lunch outing with friends, because it's just counter service. Would be good to do some reading or work/studying.

This is a great place to hang around with little kids. They really thought to invite it for the children; Toys, coloring, games all in a small corner where they can play while their parents on coffee and munch sandwiches nearby. They even remembered having two step stools in the bathroom; one for the sink and one for the hand dryer! Coffee good. Eating decent.

The folks at Freckled Fox are lovely, community-minded people. They bake incredibly good Gluten Free cookies (in addition to their traditional, excellent goodies). It's also a great place for lunch!

I was a bit heartbroken when Cup and Top closed, but I'm really glad about the new place that took its spot! Excellent customer service is one of my favorite things, and this place definitely delivers! I'm also very grateful that they retained the baker (even though she's currently unavailable). It's a lovely spot for a light snack and a warm drink.
