Went to pick up an order from doordash. Men in the kitchen were yelling at the young waitress while giving her multiple different commands at once and stressing her out to the point she started crying. One of the men then took it upon himself to package the order for her so he decided to put soup on the bottom of the bag and threw everything else in the bag just plain threw it in there. I arrived at the address to hand the individual the order and the bottom of the bag way soaked with hot soup all over our insulated bag and the cardboard bag was torn due to the soup. Had to postpone my dash and the individual had to make a complaint. All and all bad experience. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Hey you. Yes you scrolling through the reviews to see how Illianos rates. Eat here, trust me. Not only that, you better order the Chick-fil-A pizza because if you die before eating that pizza, you will regret your entire existence. The Chick-fil-A pizza is amazing. Also note, while the food is amazing, they need larger pizza boxes. Their pizzas are too big for the box (a good problem to have as a customer). Recently moved to there area and Received a menu in the mail. Ordered delivery they said 45 minutes and charged an extra $5 because I think we were a bit far for them. Food took over an hour and a half driver said the went to another address entirely that’s why it took so long. Food was cold and after heating up was inedible! We decided not to call and complain, just not to order from them again. Next morning we saw our mailbox had been hit and completely run over. We check the cameras and saw that the delivery driver had run over it when she left. I called as soon as I got out of work that day and I was told the owner will contact me. Manger called me back the next day and apologized for the driver and the bad food. Told me he could refund me what I paid for the order and have the owner call me as well. I waited to see a credit and for the owner to call but nothing. I called agin and got the same manager who was rude this time and wasn’t going to refund me anything. Just wanted to give me the drivers phone number and that’s it. I told him the food wasn’t edible at least he could refund me for that! I was able to fix the mailbox. But it’s the food was horrible and service was worse. It’s the least he could do for the circumstances. But he hung up on me! Bad service and over cooked food. If it’s too far for them to deliver hot food.
