This place was GREAT...a serving for a good price...

The food here is amazing I love it, not to mention the service is even better!! All the workers were so sweet! I highly recommend coming here, it’s a great place especially when with family and friends!!

Horrible service, poor attitude. We stopped into jacks prior an event and we were told they were closed. So we went up front to kill some time. We asked the front desk if jacks is open, they said yes until 8. We told them the employees sitting in jacks told us they were closed. So they said no and would go check it out. Turns out they were open. So we ordered some drinks from the waitress in the ballroom, jacks refused to give out anything but beer. And they said they didn't have anything else. We walked down there, turns out they have an entire menu that they just didn't want to sell anything. Place could be a gold mine, instead a waste.Reply to owner. This was prior to the event. And the rating has nothing to do with the daddy daughter event, I'm rating jacks.

We checked in on a Sunday, I understand it’s the last night to be open, but I didn’t get my full order, the burger was made wrong, and I was super disappointed that we didn’t get the dessert. We tried to call for 45 minutes beginning at 6:30, when it’s stated that the restaurant closes at 7. I understand it’s Sunday, I understand it’s the last day of business, but we just checked in and our dinner was not to par. We also got charged a delivery fee when the dining room was closed at 6:15 and my husband waited outside of the restaurant due to the dining room being closed, for the order. This is just highly unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place for dinner on a Sunday evening to anyone. The hospitality was not there and it was a highly disappointing option.
