When I said can you not put a sign up letting people know the attitude was appalling but not just that lady there was another lady with an attitude problem as well. That’s me finished with KFC
Ordered KFC through Uber Eats as the weather was horrendous and didn't want to go out. Delivery was great from Uber eats the delivery person was very considerate and polite. The food delivered was not as ordered I had ordered a Wicked Variety Bucket: 10 pc but only received 5 pieces of chicken. When you call the restaurant to discuss they asked me to pack up the food I have just paid to be delivered and drive up to the restaurant and prove that I only received 5 pieces (defeats the point of paying for delivery). The other option was to complain to Uber eats who did a good job and delivered a sealed package probably not knowing what was ordered or in the package (I could be wrong only used them a few times). So disappointed with KFCs attitude and customer service
Most undercooked disgusting food ever had un my life. I can't believe they are still trading and serving dangerous food topped by a rude manager if you dare to complain!
Ordered at 00:20 food was meant to arrive at 00:50 didn't come at that time. Called at 1:05am and asked where's my food, the man said the delivery man is on his way to you now so I said okay. Called again at 1:30 asking where my food is at, the man on the phone said the delivery guy is on his way to the restaurant to collect your food but first he told me the delivery guy is on his way to me then he changed and said the delivery man is now there and will be with you soon I said how long and he hung up. It is now 02:26 and I have no received my food! I called the restaurant and they are not answering the phone. Horrible customer service, lies and no food. Have to wait 48-72 hours to get my money back from deliveroo.
Ordered through the app. App as usual hit and miss. Couldn’t “check in”, I turned the data off on the phone and got a QR code saying show this to the cashier. I explained the guy what happened, showed the QR code to him and instead of scanning the code he said he can’t do anything and the problem is with my data
