Bidra med feedbackI had the vegan lentil and vegetables soup which is also gluten free. It was excellent! They seem to have a good mix of soups: - vegan, gluten free, dairy free, chicken, beef, asian, etc. I wasn't impressed with the service though, and with the...More
I got a deal from ourdeals.com.au and it was really cheap. So I thought, why not try once? And I was really suprised about this little takeaway booth. They have a lot to choose from. You can make your own soup! Or you can buy those in menu. And choose your own garnish! The best thing is they do serve Indonesian food. The garnish was even better than some Indonesian speciality restaurant. Honestly, it was the very first time I found a take as much as you like "sambal terasi" and "bawang goreng". Well I did take it modestly but I was estatic! Definitely worth every penny I spent. Period
A very eclectic place, with all sorts of soups and toasties from all over the world cuisine wise. Service a little slow but not bad value.
Croutons is my favourite takeaway lunch stop, especially on a winter's day.
With the weather getting cooler, some warm soup is just perfect for lunch. I was very excited about the soup bar, as if you go to a cafe there would normally be only option of soup. There were a few options here, but can't really say it's extensive. They also charge extra for the bread! Anyway I bypassed this need by ordering the Singapore Laksa, which came with noodles. Initially thought the price at was great, but then the serving size was on the small side, not much noodles, was still bit hungry after. The noodles were underdone, still hard dry in the middle. The soup itself is watery pale in colour. The chicken was tasteless. Not something I would get again.
