The chicken pieces at this restaurant are unrecognizable compared to the chicken servings from the past. It seems like the pieces are cut in half and the type of poultry used is questionable. It appears to be a cheaper, lower quality meat. It is a far cry from the chicken served at Kentucky Fried Chicken, which now only goes by KFC. I used to eat here at least once a week, sometimes twice, because it was so good. Now, I am lucky if I eat here twice a year as the food is extremely greasy and the portions have gotten smaller.

The restaurant is extremely greasy and at times disgusting. It seems like they are cutting portions in half but still charging more than before. I saw a customer returning her takeout at the new Waterford location and showing the manager the grease dripping from her chicken. I left immediately and did not place my order. I have not returned in over a year. If I could, I would give it a zero rating.

The food at this restaurant is a bit expensive and too greasy for my liking. However, aside from that, I can't really complain about anything else. It's not a place I would choose to go for lunch regularly. Overall, I would rate this restaurant 3 out of 5.
