Bidra med feedbackPoor serviceI was just there and order a bigger plate w three entrees the server didn't put attention of what did I order and started serving something elseI noticed and I told him that it was not what I ordered he fixed it but at the end once I got home and open my box they had gave me the wrong order.I live far to go back and I try calling but they never answered the phone .I was charged for a 3 entree plate and ended with a 2 entree and not what I wanted just because the servers aren't putting attention of what they are doing.
Second time this place takes long to complete orders. Over five people waiting more than 15 minutes and looks so unorganized.Other panda locations haven’t had this problem but definitely never getting panda ever again. $20 for this experience is outrageous.
I’m very disappointed with my orders today. I usually order from this location and never have any issues, however, this time around the fried rice was very OVERCOOKED and tasteless. A complete waste of money.
The food has absolutely changed. I ordered the pepper steak and fire shrimp, orange chicken, half rice and noodles. Not pleased at all it wasn't very tasty. Also waited 15min because they had to prepare the food. The employees did apologize for the wait and had good customer service.
Parking: No handicapped parking spaces. Restaurant door on the side where the parking lot is, it's locked. Have ro walk all the way around. This really stinks when you're handicapped. It would increase business if we could actually visit the restaurant. Unless you don't care about handicapped people?
