Bidra med feedbackI ordered a burger with breakfast sauces and a large tea. I paid with my debit card, but the transaction was canceled, and I had to pay in cash instead. The total was $10.60, so I gave the woman who brought my order $13 and told her to keep the change. However, the next day, I found that the charge had still gone through on my debit card. I called Sonic to report this, and the manager emailed me saying that I could come by for a refund. The problem is, I live 20 miles away, and it would cost me more to drive there than I'm getting back—this is completely unacceptable. Be wary of this place; I feel like I've been ripped off, and their employees are dishonest. I reached out to the company asking for a check refund, but I haven't received a response. I also emailed the manager, but it seems they don't care. Overall, I ended up paying $23.60 for a burger, tea, and a terrible experience. I won’t be eating there again.
They are too slow! I'm sweaty and I want to drink my fricking. the longing my tongue has for a cold liquid to drown out of the hot sweaty humid rough weather btw I mentioned that you are SLOW?
Do not come to the Sonic they forgot half of our order and when I tried to tell the girl she walked away. Then she comes out with her manager and proceeds to points in my bag and says I already got my food when clearly part of it was missing they came back outside 3 to 4 times and still couldn’t get it right investigating and asking a bazillion questions over a chili cheese wrap that’s probably two dollars or less RUDE customer service and the manager came out she was agreeing we had got our order and that we were lying we then Proceed to show her our order on the app and still had us there for over 10 minutes over a chili cheese wrap I will not be back ever again horrible customer service
I usually come here now only for a cup or two of ice and an ice cream cone and even that takes an average of 10 to 15 minutes to get. Would also be nice if I got a few napkins with a cone that is melting rapidly in middle of summer, but even that request takes another 3 to 5 minutes so eat quick. Even in drive thru.A majority of the great ratings are not recent and the Sonic has been a great one in the past but apparently they aren't paying the good workers well enough and the few that are left you can tell do not care to be there. Pay better or hire better. I've tried to give a benefit of the doubt after a few visits but the service or lack thereof has been consistent.
Easily the worst experience i had. placed my order through the app, got there and checked in, everything was all good, my name popped on the screen, no issues. 30 minutes later, still no food, despite after the first 10 minutes the screen letting me know that my food was on the way. i waited 30 minutes because i assumed they might’ve been a little busy. but when people come and go after i arrive with larger food orders (i just had a hot dog combo and a burrito), then it gets a little frustrating. so i finally ask for an update, and as soon as i do a girl brings out my order saying it probably just got done. to top it all off, the entire food order was incorrect. i got 4 burgers in the bag she handed me. first and last time coming to this location.
