I absolutely love the pupusas, and the fresh juices are exceptional too. The service has always been excellent. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the Christian music playing in the background can sometimes get a bit loud and overwhelming. Some of the songs feel like they just go on and on! Lol.

The food was excellent, and the service was decent. However, the owner should consider refraining from sweeping and mopping while customers are dining, as it can be quite off-putting.

The food is tasty and the ambiance is enjoyable, but the service from the waitstaff needs significant improvement. Our server today took our order and delivered our meals, but after that, she never returned to check on us. We needed additional items, which she didn’t inquire about, and she also ignored the empty plates on our table. Eventually, we had to request the bill after waiting for quite some time. A different server brought it but also overlooked the empty dishes. When another server came back with our change, the situation was the same, leaving us feeling quite uncomfortable amid the mess of used plates. I want to stress that the restaurant was not busy at all, and there were four other servers plus the host available. Good service is essential for a restaurant to truly succeed.

I was initially going to give this place 5 stars because their pupusas are delicious, but they forgot to include the cabbage, so I reduced it to 4 stars. Then I noticed they also didn’t provide napkins, which dropped it to 3 stars. I'm not even factoring in the lack of utensils.

I will never order from here again. I ordered fries and rice for my kids for pick-up. The rice tasted days old, and the fries were even worse; they were soggy and tasted like they had been reheated from old food! Shame on you.
