House of Blues restaurant was an absolutely amazing experience. We were warmly welcomed. Our server, Lakeyda, could teach a class on customer service and made sure we were well taken care of. The steaks were prepared perfectly. So so good. Nikki ensured our drink requests were made to perfection. Even the host/restaurant supervisor, Bianca, checked on us to make sure everything was as it should be. There are so many food options at this restaurant and the staff truly understands how to exceed diners’ expectations.
