Bidra med feedbackThe female employees that we place a pickup order with the phone had such a bad attitude, very unpleasant and unprofessional did not seem to want to once arrived to the pickup window continuing the attitude of this employee they?t even respect the other employees was very short with them. Definitely disappointed with the service you want to avoid this location overall
The adverts look better than the food prepared. Manager Tara went beyond and beyond to make sure that my visit was not more pleasant. Thank you. Tara I'll never go to a Boston Market again.
I would give them a negative star if I could have these people hanged on me if I wanted to ask them just if they had any chicken pot cake instead of she screams in the phone and hangs on me
An order placed online and order was wrong. I missed the majority of my food. You didn't answer the phone the first time. Once I got someone on the phone, they tried to tell me I had everything, even though I could call all the articles I missed. They told me they were closed so that we could not pick up the rest of our order 9:45, I informed them that it says online that they closed at 10 a.m. and they said they closed today at 9 a.m. Really, it's one thing to have bad customer service, but bravely lying to a paying customer is ridiculous. Will never order here again!!! Very disappointed!
It's Boston Market. I hadn't been in many years because where I lived didn't have them. But I really like their food. I particularly like their meat loaf and Mac and cheese. Try it out!
