Jimmy John's - North Little Rock

They refuse to deliver anywhere south of I-40, which is ridiculous considering that most of the hotels are located on the south side of the interstate. I can understand the 5-mile delivery radius they have because they're supposed to be 'freaky fast,' but this location's policy is just plain frustrating.

Keisha is an absolute delight. She is truly the main reason I keep returning to this store. With her friendly and personable nature, dining here is a real pleasure. She creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which has been lacking for some time. Keisha always makes my sandwich just right, and what's even more important is that she takes the time to ask, "Is everything okay?" Many places neglect to check in on you after you receive your food, but that’s not the case here anymore. I appreciate how inviting this store has become, prompting me to enjoy my lunches here two to three times a week. I believe she deserves to be the store manager or, at the very least, receive a substantial pay raise for her hard work. I've witnessed her handling a rush of orders, even when short-staffed, and she always keeps a smile on her face. She efficiently gets everyone's orders out in no time!

I arrived this evening right as one employee was leaving, which left Abigail to handle everything by herself. There was a line of customers, and she definitely had her hands full. I want to give credit to Abigail for doing an amazing job. I placed a large order, and she got it all correct! We usually dine at the Searcy location, and there have been mistakes every time, so this was a wonderful surprise!

I haven't eaten at Jimmy John's in nearly two years, and I'm not sure if my memory is unreliable or if they've changed their sandwich menu, but I was quite disappointed with my sandwich this time around. Wanting to give it another chance, I tried Subway the next day for a similar sandwich. To my surprise, it was excellent and only cost me $2 less while being nearly the same size. I would recommend avoiding Jimmy John's to save your money.

I've been ordering sandwiches from this location for years and usually have a great experience. However, this time was quite different. When I placed my usual order, one of the employees preparing the sandwiches was extremely rude. She yelled at me, insisting that I couldn't place my order the way I wanted. When I tried to explain that this is my regular order, her response was even more disrespectful. Even if there have been changes to the menu, there's absolutely no excuse for treating customers that way! My main concern is the manner in which she spoke to me. To make matters worse, the manager was present and didn't intervene at all!
