Extremely slow service! Long wait lines. Not staffed

Online order for a Açaí Berry SmoothieWhen I got home it tasted like alcohol. Fruit has it starts to ferment (going bad) can give off that taste and smell. It can also cause salmonella. I called the store to inform them of this and the young girl lied about being a store manager and simply said ok. I asked if they are going to issue me a refund and her response was to call back and speak to the manager. She had just told me she was a manager. Never going back.

Unacceptable customer service! Waited 15 mins for food and I was the only one there. 4 staff were there! 2 on the cell phone texting in the food area. One can’t take orders bc he is laughing!!! Then wait 15 mins for burnt food!! Smoothies were given early so they melted while I was waiting on the food!!! Horrible experience!!!!

The restaurant was clean .Employees are friendly . The hummus wrap and pomegranate smoothie combo was a great lunch choice choice.
