Taqueria San Miguel - North Las Vegas

I wasn't able to even order my food because the restaurant wasn't ready to open at the scheduled time. I arrived at 4:20 and found that they were still closed. On another day, around the same time, I was informed that I would have to wait because all the food was cold. Despite the hype on social media about trying the best tacos in town, the restaurant couldn't open on time.

This is the best taco truck in Las Vegas in my personal opinion. The food quality is great. The service works very hard though I don't speak the same language. Seriously though their food is by far my favorite. The tortillas are made by hand and you can tell just by looking at them. They always serve you meal with a side of grilled onions and a grilled serrano pepper. I've been coming here for as long as I have been living on the east side and I'm glad I found it. Check it out
