Brother's Pizza - North Las Vegas

The customer service at this place is terrible. If you’re out of toppings for an order, then don’t take the order! They didn’t put the correct toppings on my pizza and still charged for them. I recommend saving your money and time by going to a different pizzeria. When you spend over $20 for a 10-inch, three-topping pizza, you should receive exactly what you paid for—especially when it’s a specialty pizza that costs even more.

The staff here is fantastic. The keg beer is fresh and delicious. They also offer an amazing pizza special, and the pizza itself is fantastic—just like an old-school pizzeria. Karen is awesome!

The pizza was disappointing. Each of us took a bite, and nobody in our group enjoyed it. However, I must say that the staff was fantastic, and the atmosphere was nice.

We got sat and I had forgotten my ID so we had to move to the other side and our server never put our order in when we got moved so we waited for our pizza for an hour, it wasn't busy so there was no excuse for her to forget our order, it was annoying having to wait after we already ordered we had to reorder simply because she moved us from tables it wasn't her responsibility anymore? How sad the other location closed the service and food was 1000x better.

Horrible service they never answer the phone to begin with. Spent $125 a week ago they forgot my large fries and 8 piece fingers. Had to call the bar just to get someone from the food area to come answer the phone. She took my name down my number and said she would credit me. I just called and was told they don’t have anything in their system. To top it off I was told the lady that took my order was the manager and owner ? unbelievable and unprofessional!!
