Toni's - North Lanarkshire

Just had a pizza a Scampi Supper delivered. The Pizza was over done the crust was hard, I took a bite had to spit it out, it tasted like it had been tainted by a cleaning product,it may have got it from a work top, or something was not wiped down properly. The scampi did not come with a salad or tartar sauce(which is the norm) the Scampi was burnt the chips were hard. Everything went in the bin. Going to be a long time before I order anything else from them again, if I ever do.

I’ve ordered from here at night a few times and did so last night having forgotten how bad it had been previously. Last night though takes the biscuit! Having accepted my order at 23.50hrs, taken my money, including that cheeky service charge and overpriced delivery charge (I could get a taxi up and back for less! 8 minutes short of an hour later, Maria her bunch sent me the wrong meals and told me when I phoned to complain that I should be grateful of getting anything!! Steer clear of this place fellow Wishites, it’s gone right down hill in recent years and the very fact the owner doesn’t seem to have any fritters left to give just shows the quality of the food. Very disappointing.

I never leave reviews for restaurants as I believe everyone can have a bad day, however this is probably the third time I’ve ordered late at night and basically been given what ever they had left over, and my order was incorrect. my most recent (tonight) I was told I should be grateful I was getting food (despite paying full prices+ delivery for a wrong order)! The woman on the call had an appalling tone and manner and it appeared she was chatting to someone in the background. Please be warned, I don’t often leave reviews, but felt so bullied by the person on the call I had too speak out!

Tonight was the first time I 've ordered pizza from Toni 's. The pizza I got tonight was like a Chicago Town microwave pizza, just a bit bigger. The base was thick bready and reminded me of cardboard covered in pizza sauce and toppings. It tasted more like a ready made base than freshly made dough. Certainly a bit different from all the other pizzas I 've tried locally, and not for the better. I don 't know if this style is popular in certain parts of Italy, but it 's not for me sorry.

Excellent macaroni and cheese very friendly staff only suggestion i would say toilets could be doing with a makeover and revamp apart from toilets brilliant food great staff toilet a let down
