Carl's Jr. - North Highlands

Overall experience was good. Quick response when I arrived at the menu board. Order taker was quick and precise. All extra requests at the pick up window were handled correctly without any hassle. Food was done quickly and correctly even with almostevery item being specially made. Total time from pulling into drive thru lane to bags in hand just under 5 minutes.

I got small fries and drink to tide me over on long drive home. (I get lack of food headaches if I wait too long) fries were fresh out of the frier and the drink was perfect. The service was professional and courteous.

The food was hot ! And I am ashamed to say I was too lazy to walk across the street. Presented well. Tasted great! There's a very nice lady working there. So I like giving her my business.

The food was tasty, as usual, but they got distracted by the drive through and forgot to leave the tomato off my burger and forgot the sauce for the fries.

Food was fresh and hot. Service was even better. Long line but they got us through in decent time.
