New Waltham Tandoori

The food was tasty and served hot, and the delivery driver was very attractive. I couldn't decide what looked better, the curry or the guy who brought it to me. Overall, I give it a 10/10 and will definitely be ordering again. On a serious note, the food and customer service were fantastic.

Ordered food just before 6pm 7.25 pm we were still waiting really disappointed as the site said 20 40 minutes ended up having to cancel the order, Then to be told my order had gone out for delivery about 7pm and by 7.25 it still hadn't arrived so I presume my food is going to be luke warm I don't want it under those circumstances. I know the food from there is nice I've had it before. But I won't be ordering again. I have to go to work on a night shift shortly and my tea is now a cheese sandwich as its all I have time for really gutted

We've ordered food from here several times but latest takeaway on 2nd June 23 arrived late and cold. Had to reward food as we'd waited so long. Called to inform them of this and they said sorry, they knew it took a long time and said next order would be free. Called back 3 days later on 5th June to take them up on offer only to be told that the manager was not authorised to say that but only would make a note by our address and give 30 off next order. Just called only to be told that they had no record and after several minutes of waiting on phone to be told that the owner said he would give 15 off this order and 15 off next order. Sadly won't be ordering from this place again after this debacle. Broken promises and lies.

So disappointed, even though it looks the part… Dhal Very few lentils, no flavour and loads of raw garlic. Garlic chilli Marsala tough chicken tikka, bitter tomato sauce and lacked any flavour layers, plus no chilli heat. Dansak tough chicken tikka (again) no sweet/sour/hot lentil gravy. Absolutely and completely flavourless. So sad that this takeaway curry was so poor. As a rule naan bread doesn’t travel well, however the plain naan (not brilliant) was the best part of this meal. If you really enjoy Indian cuisine, then please avoid this place…

The food delivery service was extremely disappointing. It took 2 1/2 hours for our order to arrive, and when it did, the food was cold. We had to make 4 phone calls to track down our delivery, with each time being told it was only 10 minutes away, which was clearly not the case. The delivery driver seemed lost and had no knowledge of the local area. The next night, we ordered from a Chinese restaurant and received our food promptly without any issues. There are plenty of better dining options in the area, so I would not recommend wasting your time and money with this restaurant.
