Tropical Smoothie - North Charleston

If you are getting this through delivery please just go and get it... last 3 times I have ordered through delivery at this location our food has been made with little to no effort, and with very few pieces of chicken in both buff chicken wrap and white cheddar flatbread. The Buffalo chicken wrap had chipotle mayo instead of Buffalo sauce which was not asked for, and the smoothies were completely wrong.

We’ve come here several times since the new year and while we’ve always enjoyed our smoothies, we won’t be back. We were there yesterday and as we received our smoothies my daughter pointed out an active Roach (not a palmetto bug or water bug) and looked to have a sac of babies with it, crawling along the wall where the smoothies are. 8-17 is when this happened.

Went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe today 8/6 2:45. Guess when it and they are closed. What's up with that? Have they switch managers? Ive noticed my last couple of visits it hasnt been the same.

I stopped here to get a blueberry smoothie . The cashier was nice and they successfully got the whole order I had for everyone correct . Clean place and fast .

My two children and I came in for lunch and my 11 yo son ordered the jalapeño corn for his side. Once they brought the food out and he opened his corn, he didn 't have a fork. I told him to ask the lady for one. When he did, she said they didn 't have any. I turned around and asked how he was supposed to eat his corn and she said, Well, you can go next door to Five Guys and ask them for one. This probably ranks up there with one of the stupidest things ever happening to me at a restaurant. And, I paid .99 extra for the corn my child could not eat. Here 's a tip...offer the customer their money back or offer some chips or something.
