I ordered 8 bone-in wings with a dry ranch rub, but they arrived without any flavor. They tasted as if they were fried in fish oil or something similar, and then just tossed in the box for delivery. I called DoorDash to get a refund of $13.34 because that experience was disappointing. This will definitely be my last attempt at ordering from a new place and trying something different.

The "business" is located inside Chili's, but you can't place an order in person. Instead, you have to order online and go through DoorDash. I'm not a fan of this business model, so Ichoose to take my business elsewhere.

I've ordered from this restaurant three times, and my experiences have been mixed. When I had food delivered via DoorDash, it arrived cold both times. However, when I went to pick it up myself, everything was fine. When the food was cold, I just put it in the air fryer, and that fixed the issue. I really enjoyed all the flavored sauces, but I wasn't a fan of the dry rubs. The smoked wings look and taste very similar to the regular wings, but I thought they were tasty and reasonably moist. You really can't beat the price for wings, which is the biggest factor for me, and I'm not bothered that their kitchen is inside a Chili's. I plan to order from them again, but I'll likely choose pickup instead of delivery.
