Arby's - North Charleston

Went in mid day for lunch. They got me my stuff pretty quick, no complaints. Bathroom was clean. Dining room was clean. Good management

Got out of the car only to see a small sign stating Drive Through Only. Ok. The speaker was so loud it was absurd. Asked for a Turkey Guro, only for them to ask what type did I want. Also got a sandwich combo. The curly fries were cool. But my turkey guro was cold. Like the turkey was just taken out of the fridge cold. Yuck. Also asked for extra sauce, can't tell if any extra was put on, but it doesn't look like it. And since the turkey and fries are cold I'm not eating it anyway . Would have taken it back, but didn't want to try any go through the line again and be yelled at over the speaker. On a better note, the people working inside were fast and courteous. Just wish my turkey wasn't icey cold!

Entire staff were so nice and polite. Fresh food and quick service

There's only two people working at this location and one of them are being trained and the other didn't know how to enter a coupon.

Delicious food! I ordered the Beef ‘N Cheddar sandwich meal, consisting of choice of fries (Curly or Crinkled Cut) and beverage. I added the optional cup of Cheddar Cheese to dip my French fries and it was good! Service was fine, no complaints. Atmosphere was decent. Had a nice window seat overlooking the parking lot My lunch was hot!
