Bamboo Snack Shack - Trinity Beach

Hard to beat grabbing some Barramindi and Chips and heading across the road to the beach. Chips are always perfectly cooked, not greasy or undercooked. Crumbed Barra is sensational! They do a damn fine burger too!

Lovely fresh fish and seafood cooked to order. Good all round menu to suit different tastes. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Food consistently good. Hamburgers and steak sandwiches very nice and fresh. I regularly have the barra and wedges. I have visited this take away restaurant for many years.

The friendly owners of this little Gem in Holloways Beach, well they sure know what they are doing. This is not just your run of the mill Fish and Chip shop. The clean oils, the way things are cooked, their burgers, all of it is done perfectly. The food is sensational, salads, custom sauces, vegetarian friendly, without a doubt my favourite Burger Joint/Fish and Chip shop. Eat in or Takeaway, do yourself a favour.
