Twiggs - North Bay

I regularly enjoy Twiggs chai milkshake and Montreal bagels. The food is fresh and tasty every time.

Went recently into the North Bay location on Mckeown. Ordered a coffee and while I waited a watched a guy making up an order. Not once did he WASH his hands. Touched the sandwich, wiped the counter off with his hands. Rang a bunch of orders through, touched the sandwich, worked the debit machine. Oh, and I should add there is a sink not more then 6-8ft away. No excuses! Shame on these people. Public health is still a thing with or without Covid. Gross! Never again!

I ordered a fruit bowl and waited over 20 minutes for it to be served. Unfortunately, when I started eating, I discovered that most of the fruits were spoiled. The grapes were visibly rotten and the pineapple was turning brown.

If you find yourself in North Bay, be sure to visit this restaurant for a unique and special experience. Downtown areas can benefit from unique and creative establishments that can excite visitors' senses.

Love the new shop and decor. The service is amazing, the food incredible and the best chai tea latte going!! Keep up the great job.
