Polite and professional staff. Great selections. Fair prices. Worth an eat!

Ordered 3 quarts for a special occasion birthday. Paid for priority delivery and arrived melted. Missing one of the quarts and also the other two quarts I did receive was supposed to have four flavors each and we only received two flavors each. We paid a lot of extra money for this and now have people who are upset and disappointed. Stupidity and carelessness. Will not order from them ever again!

Being a Ralph lover since birth makes this review absolutely heartbreaking but it has to be done. Asking for a half cake batter half graham cracker ice might not seem like a challenging task to most but don't let that fool you. This kid (2 guys working) somehow gave me vanilla chip.. the colors aren't even remotely the same. Bring back the pretty girls this is clearly too complicated a task for two young men.

Very disappointed I price out tubs, unfortunately came to this location instead of west Babylon where I had originally priced out. Deer park was a lot more and wouldn’t honor same price. Nothing. Wouldn’t price match another Ralph’s literally 2 miles away. No discount at all and I’m buying the largest tubs! I left and went to other location. I just think as a business owner you would try to keep a client especially buying bulk, it’s all Ralph’s!
