Papa Johns Pizza - North Augusta

When it comes to pizza chains, Papa John's is always consistent in delivering delicious pizzas.

The restaurant was quite busy when I arrived, as it was a holy evening. Despite the crowd, I was warmly welcomed and did not have to wait long. The service was excellent.

I am disappointed that the restaurant has outsourced their phone calls. The last two times I called, the individuals I spoke with did not know the specials or when the pizzas would be ready. They quoted me a price of $38 for two cheese pizzas, which I believed was incorrect. When I called back to cancel, they had to check with the restaurant to confirm if the order had been started. After 5 minutes, they informed me that the order had not been made yet. Additionally, I found it frustrating that I could not place an order directly with the restaurant. Despite my son enjoying their pizza, I think we will take a break from ordering from this establishment. I called Pizza Hut instead, and not only did they answer the phone in the restaurant directly, but my order was also $18 cheaper.

This is the second time that they have run out of a drink we ordered and they decided to replace it for something else. I don't drink mountain dew, but instead of calling us, they only decided to replace something else. I called and tried to get them to send something I drink, and all they would do was good for us to have nothing to drink with our food.

The pizza and bread sticks were hot and fresh and exactly what I asked for and the order was delivered early and with a smile. Well done!
