Pizza Shuttle - Norman

I was in town and called to place an order at 12th and Alameda. A lady answered and asked the manager if she could take an order(? I was then told I would have to place the order on-line. I'm not going through that much trouble to order a sandwich. Never ordering from pizza shuttle again.

Daytime crew is super solid. Food is excellent. The gentleman with the white beard and glasses is awesome every time I come in, and the blonde lady is as well. Super friendly and always makes my food perfectly.

I would give this place five stars if my pasta hadn't arrived cold. I have ordered pizza shuttle for the last few years and absolutely love the cheese bread. It is the cheesiest you will ever ever have. The pics taste great as well with a good price. Unfortunately I ordered pasta and the top was melted but underneath that was cold. Extremely disappointing. I will stick to pizza and cheese bread from now on.

Food was good. Guy running the phones needs a different job, poor customer service. Almost seemed upset from ordering food and just hung up after payment. Makes for a poor experience from start...

I worked for Dominos and Pizza Hut. This should have been a remake. Loader failed the assignment. Not even complaining.. Food is food. But geeez..
