I was travelling through on my way to spread my father’s ashes and had arrived after a challenging day where I’d driven through a hailstorm and ended up in the middle of nowhere with a flat. I mentioned this to my kind waitress, Kandi, who relayed that to the chef, Thomas. He decided to make me an AMAZING blueberry cobbler cheesecake, complete with a rose carved in a strawberry, to help me feel welcomed in Nebraska. The kindness of these twothere simply aren’t enough words!

In town all week for work. Ordered room service the first night and decided it was so good that we would just order there the rest of the week too! Get the Sweet Chili chicken wings!!
