Bidra med feedbackMy mother visited Massachusetts, and we decided to order delivery. Both of us are vegetarians, so we ordered an eggplant Parmesan and a Greek salad. Instead, we received a chicken Parmesan, and the Greek salad was covered in brown leaves. My meal was overcooked. I called and spoke to Nemo, who mentioned that he was the owner, and he offered to rectify the order. Unfortunately, the replacement still came incorrectly, burned, and the salad was forgotten again. I called once more, and they said they would send it back at a later time. When I called to reorder, I was offered a discount that reduced my total from $56 to $42. What a joke! I had already paid for food that was inedible and was now being told I had to pay again. I will not be ordering from here again! Their customer service is poor, and they take no responsibility for their mistakes!
A few weeks ago, I tried the pizza and it quickly became one of my top three favorites in the area. Today, we ordered delivery and I got the lasagna while my partner chose the Italian placinta. We were both really impressed with everything. The sauce was delicious, and there was melted cheese baked on top. The garlic bread was decent, but overall, everything was great. After reading some negative reviews about delivery experiences, we might just stick to picking up our orders in the future to make sure it’s hot and avoid any complaints.
Today, I decided to give it another try and go back for my Greek salad, but I was reminded by my secretary to call first. I called and asked to speak with the manager but was put on hold with no response. They eventually asked someone to check if they had feta in stock. When I inquired how long it would take, I was told it would be an hour! That's ridiculous, especially when all I wanted was my meal replaced. Instead of my money, I ended up with this frustrating experience.

I wanted to pick up the pizza and pay for it as usual. the male that excited me looked at an older man in his 70s and said something in her mother tongue (rude.) I said that was rude because they saw me dead in the face while they spoke to each other. as I stared at them with my child in my hand and asked me what they said, I wait for the younger man to give me the entrance to the registration. when I sign the reception, I see a baby-roach randomly running over this white piece of paper on the counter tapped. I regret giving this place my money. but my first stumbling was the younger and older man, who strangely took part in me and my child, while he knows that he was unfamiliar. I really hope for a refund because I left the restaurant with the pizza in the disgust. unnecessary to say that the pizza was not eaten and I will never go back to this place.
Pizza was Amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. We will be back
