I feel confident that when I return things will be different.Thanks again for caring about your customerKarenTerrible customer service from Sydney.....I would usually give this place a 5 star rating but not this time, due to the customer service I received tonight. I always visit this location for my sweet tooth delight with no issues. Tonight... not the case, I arrived at 7:30pm, (they close at 8pm the cashier advised me I could not have a donut sundae because they were closing soon, (closing soon???????!!! you have a full half hour to walk 6 feet to the refrigerator to make my sundae!?? but the answer was NO and the cashier smirked at me when I shared I was disappointed! Bye Bye Premium Outlet, I'll travel to another location where I know I can get what I ask for without the terrible customer service....

Stopped here as a final destination on a mini family vacation. Customer service (8/10), food drink (100000/10 would 100% recommend), overall experience (8/10). Would have loved to give 5 starts and overall 10/10, however for some reason this locations dine in area was closed down, and eating outside was not really a option due to weather. So my family and I had to awkwardly huddle into the car to eat these delicious delights. Willing to bet if they opened the dining area back up they'd be looking at more business.

If you don’t have a sweet tooth you will have one after going here. We don’t have these in NJ . WHY NOT???. Anyway I walked in looking for the cases of donuts like a Dunkin’ Donuts. NOT HERE … all freshly made to order. Id say at least 25+ flavors to choose from. Again all hot and fresh!!!

The only reason why they're getting a four is because the donuts are always great but you don't short the customer on what they want just because you don't want to make more batter and you still have over 45 minutes before you close
