Mcdonald's - Norfolk

Found out today they have removed strawberry sundaes from there menu. So I cancelled my order and went else where. It's what got me in the restaurant.

Went through drive through today. Had my grandchildren in the car they wanted kids meals, My son and i had take out also so our meal altogether came out to $30. We didnt get a reciept. The girl forgot to give us one kids meal. So we had to go back and tell them. Then we get home and one of our twins didnt get her yogurt. The girls we not happy we were not happy. Do a better job next time!!!!

So if you have ever eaten at a McDonalds, you will find that they are all pretty much the same, consistently.

The food is your typical Mcds fare but the staff here are excellent the best I have ever seen at a fast food place. Mornings are great with warm greetings and genuine frendlines.

I am not sure if it is a cost saver but the new system, to me, sucks. If you do not want to use the automatic system to order you have only one cashier to work with. The food, even just a coffee takes longer to get. There is mass confusion between people ordering and waiting.
