Oase - Norderney

We were back today after 3 years and were amazed that it is no longer the oasis, but is called "the beach". we also learned that there was a change of ownership. the ambiente is made wanted on Caribbean flair, with palettes as lounge sofas, to chill. Unfortunately, the music is anything but chilling. instead of café del mar o.ä., what would have been fitting, there were the German schlager and ballermann songs. If you want to eat lunch, it doesn't fit. to eat: dress like in a kantine just doesn't fit the chill ambience, then you have to offer a nice service. as a vegan we also had bad luck that only curry sausage, ham and co. was offered on the in needy menu. but we got a vegetarian salad at the lower price on demand at the (not so friendly) service. Nevertheless: the prices are quite high and then he was also very good. and to the toilets: it did not smell very good, and the soap dispenser was all.

To the personal (stock from a - for a service operation - not particularly good-yellowed service employee at the - single - order intake):We were a good hour there and sat right next to it. This review is for the successor of the old oase on norderney. it is about the ostern 2017 newly opened locality 'the Beach'.It is attempted here to create an atmosphere a la sansibar on Sylt.Make up lounge sofas assembled from palettes and letting a bit of music trout is unfortunately far too little. an unfriendly, teaching staff invites you to stay here longer! because in a circle of a few kilometers there is no competition, you can do it with the guests as you want. 1,00€ per glass and bottle is impossible. the price/performance ratio is bad.At the time of the old oase, you liked to stay there, but these times are unfortunately over. Here is an attempt to create a chilly atmosphere by putting up palettes of assembled lounge sofas and letting a bit of music torment. Unfortunately, this is far too little, as you have to pick up your drinks and eat yourself and this becomes a patience sample for only one sales office. If you have stood in the snake for 30 minutes, you get angry about the price-performance ratio.

Self-service shop with tasteless latte macchiato for 4.50€. the cake was o.k but for 4.50€ I would have expected other things. for 18€ bad coffee drunk and fenced by bierwagen and waited for the bus. in no case recommended. prefer to picnic on the beach!
