Bidra med feedbackThe manager on charge, a young lady, was very unprofessional. I ordered a chicken sandwich with chicken lettuce and cheese only. It was correct on the screen, they pass me the order the first time and it had chicken lettuce and tomato. I was at the window,I told the manager that I asked for chicken lettuce and cheese, she took the sandwich back to the line and pass me the samesandwich, this time with only chicken! Then the manager ask me to park, in front of the door, Wich I did, then some brought thesandwich out and it only had chicken and let, the lobby doors were lock, so I had to walk to the window, the manager wanted totake the same sandwich and bring it back to the line. I ask to get a fresh sandwich. Then the manager wanted to give me themoney back! Like it was my fault that it took them four times to make right! And they keep bringing the same sandwich to theline again, and again. what about food safety??? All my family members waiting on dinner, I can't leave with out one of thesandwiches. What is wrong with people? Why people don't listen.!! I have been working for fast food for 23 years, is not aboutthe speed but the friendliness and accuracy. Is to sad that this is the closest Wendy's to my house.
The smoothies drive thru! It reminded of fast food service before COVID!! My food was made right, hot and fresh; my first time trying the taco salad, very nice late night snack!!! And Jay and the manger are the best! The entire staff was professional andtook pride in their work!!! I will visit this Wendy?s more often!!
You really need to watch the line at this place. If there are a few cars ahead of you, it takes forever to get served. However, if there's just one car, the service is super quick. I usually choose between here and Wendy's for my work lunch, depending on which one has the shorter line. But if there are more than a couple of cars waiting here, it's definitely a no-go for me.
As always, the staff at Wendy's are friendly, polite, and efficient. The food is fresh and tastes better than that of some other fast food burger chains.
After placing my order in the drive-thru, I asked for a receipt and was told to pull forward while they brought my order out. I waited for about 10 minutes, and since there were no other cars around, I decided to back up to the window. A group of young employees was gathered there, behaving unprofessionally. When I asked about my order, they casually asked what I had ordered, and one of them sarcastically responded, “My bad... big dog, I got you.” It was difficult to tell who was the manager amidst all their playful banter. Their lack of professionalism and failure to wear gloves made me uncomfortable, so I ultimately decided to throw the food away. I simply didn’t feel I could trust them.
