Papa Johns Pizza - Norcross

I hate to say it, as the manager for this store seems overworked. I tried explaining my situation to her and if she would consider the words of the customer she could do better. I've had two different issues with this store this week alone that she tried tying into one. She's so outdone by her job, her memory is very short! I won't purchase ANY MORE pizzas from this store. They're all about making pizzas and collecting the money, but it's all down hill before and after that. And they have a knack for thinking the problem is the customer. The place is a mess! The drivers don't work for the store. This food delivery thing through other companies is a health risk that becomes an argument between who's at fault legally. Save your money, cook your own food. Avoid the calamity that goes with ordering food that includes sanitary risk. UPDATE: This store has a new manager. I had the opportunity to speak with him for a while, and he comes off as honest and feels that he works for his money. I think he told me he was from New York. He immediately credited me with two pizzas I was owed and apologized for the problem I had with the previous manager. I do plan to go back because this new manager made a good impression on me. 3/30/2022.

I get on average, one Papadia a week delivered from this location. So far they have all been accurate, on time and delicious. Jalapeño poppers and brownies are pretty good too. Delivery team is also efficient and very cordial.

Great place good food here come out hot fresh not frozen hand made to nice , only thing once in awhile only two working then slow.
