I waited leaving a review for until after I got 3 separate orders from them, each one having something wrong every time, guaranteed. My most recent order, which I just got 5 minutes ago, didn?t have a single item I ordered. There were 4 different items, one of which was a meal, and literally none of it came. They just sent me a whopper with some napkins. And I know they know it?s wrong because I didn?t even get a receipt. Avoid this location if you can help it.
So excited when the GhostPepper Whopper came out, just because my mother has been talking about it for a few weeks now.I went through the drive through tonight , and was told that they're only two staff members working tonight. I literally waited for about 13 minutes at the intercom attempting to order my food . I was so disappointed. I drove 6 miles to the other Burger King, just because I promised my mom I would buy this special Ghost pepper burger for her.
Worst service ever this place Hass to be a joke. I have never seen such horrific service. I come here at least two times a week but lately they use short staff and Covid as an excuse to give the worst service in the world which is lack of poor management in the regional division, and in management, I?ve put in numerous complaints with no results, I?ve ordered a whopper meal with no fries they didn?t even put the nuggets in the bag. I actually bought my order to me cold and I asked for it fresh. It?s at least four people in this building. Call him a burger on the I?m out of words it is just ridiculous. This place should just close down. Please do not take your service to this establishment.
The burger is always good but the fries can be better and hot and fresh
