Bidra med feedbackFirst off the manager there has a very poor attitude and lied to me about the code on my receipt for the free whopper. I don?t know if she did it in purpose or just didn?t feel like taking the receipt with the code . But did have no trouble getting sing the same one at the Buford hwy location. I?ll never go to the peachtree corners one because of that nasty attitude manager.
Dear owner Im not going to be rude. Witness five upset people leave the drive thru. food is usually under cook or overcooked i know you microwave some meals. Ive worked in kitchen i know the difference!!!. Just closed this bk and open up a chickfila Sincerely concern customer
They got a new guy working in the window and manager. Now the food is always hot, the ice cream machine now works all the time. They need to do everything they can the keep those guys. I use to hate this place. They are really turning it around
Unfortunately they have a very poor service, customer service is disgusting, I was there this morning 9/16/22 and the person who attended me, who I assume is the manager has a bad attitude, I asked for ranch sauce and he said I don't have, when I was looking at the ranch on the shelves. I told him there you have some on the shelves sell me some please I'll pay you, and he told me I already told you I don't have!! and he turned around and ignored me, simple as that. I am not a person who likes to put others down, but this time I have to do it because for a few days I have been noticing the terrible service of this person who attends me every morning, I always buy here because I like Burger King and my work is almost in front. I have nothing to say about the food, but I think that if the customer service were better it would be fantastic
Ron helped me. He was having a rough morning, doing two people's jobs. But he was handling it great! My food was fresh. Seriously, it's hard to find good fast food for breakfast in my area. You all know about the closed down Taco Bell and I think the other one is just as bad. He took the time to actually talk to me= refreshing. He was kind and courteous, and I'm grateful that he's no longer a stranger keep up the good work, Ron and Burger King associates. You are one of the unsung heroes!
