El Pollo Loco - Norco

Chicken is extreme dry like jerky. Corn tortilla crack when I roll them. That mean the corn tortilla is not fresh. The corn side look slight brown so maybe it is burn or overcook. There is another El Pollo closer to my home but it is not good so I come to this one, but very disappointing as I just point out. With the COVID pandemic, I think they have problem finding experience cook or manager. I would stay away from all El Pollo for a while. This is unfortunate because I really did love El Pollo. The young man who took my order was friendly with smile. Unfortunately, the food is bad. I should have just buy a roast chicken from Costco.

1st time coming here only because my family I were in the area. My son I got the Chicken Nachos it was not good at all. No flavor my sour cream was watery which made my nachos super soggy. The soda was watered down nasty. Family member got Classic chicken Tostada Shrimp Tostada Shell it had no flavor just overall no good. I always eat These nachos never had a bad experience till now.

I went here today. What a disappointment. I ordered the double tostada chicken salad. The chicken was old, dry and hard. Also, all the trash cans inside were stacked high with trash and all over the counters of the trash. It wasn't even crowded. I was only person inside. I will never eat here again.

I have been to this location multiple times and their food preparation is terrible. I ordered a tostada salad and the way it was served was poor. I had no beans or rice. Dissatisfied with this location !

Worst service ever. No one ever says hi and today I waited 7 minutes for someone to come from the back to take my order. Even those cooking don't even acknowledge you. Last time I ordered, the guy handed me my food and I asked for dressing since it didn't have any and it took them 10 minutes to come back with it. Don't online order from them, they also don't pay attention. The only reason I come here is because it's next to my house and hoping one day it changes.
