Dear Theobroma Team, I 'm writing this comment because it 's the third time I had a bad experience with your logix mall noida outlet. I had opted for your opium half kg cake and wanted the birthday message as 'Happy Birthday Dearest Mommy '. The guy who was at billing counter never told me that Happy Birthday will be given as a cake topper instead of writing on the cake. Though there was another guy handling the food items, the guy from the billing counter without even wearing gloves or sanitizing his hands took the cone to write the rest of the message on the cake and when I objected to this unhygienic act, he just threw the cone on the counter. I didn 't understand the reason for this arrogance and also the hurry because there was just one more customer besides me. You may check today 's CCTV footage between 5 pm to 6pm to corroborate the facts. I had the best experience in your punjabi bagh and connaught place outlets. Not sure why your Noida team isn 't trained properly. Just because there is no covid wave right now, doesn 't mean we start using dirty hands to handle food items. I highly doubt if your brand comes under the roadside eateries category.

I find theobroma to be a haven for people with a sweet tooth. Many of 5hwir pastries have various flavours, textures and tastes that blend together to take your mouth pallete to a different world altogether. It is slightly expensive than average bakery shops but it is every penny worth it.

I ordered a cake online and was satisfied with their cake. Very good to taste, and completely yummy loved it. Will order again as they do justice to what you want in cakes pastries

Bought a mava eggless cake from here. It was a packed product. Opened it at home to find fungus growing on it. Also my wife noticed that the pastries in their shelf had water drops on them, indicating they weren't fresh. I tried to lodge a complaint with their customer care number and as instructed shared payment receipt and product pictures with them. They agreed to pick up the product for inspection, but actually didn't. Also no action was taken from their end.

Worst palces to order food from. Cakes are infested with fungus and pastries are so old, they accept there mistakes but are shameless and don't take any step to rectify it . Never order from here and don't put health of your loved ones in danger . Avoid this palce , it's just a big shop with no ethics and no food standard .
