Theobroma - Noida

Bought a mava eggless cake from here. It was a packed product. Opened it at home to find fungus growing on it. Also my wife noticed that the pastries in their shelf had water drops on them, indicating they weren't fresh. I tried to lodge a complaint with their customer care number and as instructed shared payment receipt and product pictures with them. They agreed to pick up the product for inspection, but actually didn't. Also no action was taken from their end.

Worst palces to order food from. Cakes are infested with fungus and pastries are so old, they accept there mistakes but are shameless and don't take any step to rectify it . Never order from here and don't put health of your loved ones in danger . Avoid this palce , it's just a big shop with no ethics and no food standard .

Fungus infested banana cake delivered through zomato. Ordered on 29 may 23. Banana cake was stale and full of fungus.

I been fan of theobroma product as they never disappoints me. But for the first time I tried new outlet in logix mall and I was totally disappointed. I tried pastry and cupcakes and both seems like day or two older and doesn't feel fresh. Cupcake was totally dry. I won't suggest to order from this place apart from that other theobroma outlet are good and gives you premium taste.

Just went to LogiX mall for theobroma and i love my decision to go there i love with thi millennial brownie but was not able to eat other pastries as they were all sold out
