Tropical Smoothie Cafe - NLV

This location does not respond in a orderly manner over 20 mins wait or is closed randomly! Then our order comes and the smoothie is not creamy or flavorful. Will not go again. Garbage.

I don’t know why I even keep trying this place. The service is terrible. There’s always a wait even when you’re the only one in line. I hope yall get it because tropical smoothie is not like this everywhere else. Hire more people. Train your people. Something. ?

Took 45 min in the drive thru. If you are short on time this is not the place for you.

Very upset i drove to this location I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes ..I saw employed non employed sitting in dinning area this location should beclosed if they are not going to service their customers

This location is horrible I’m surprised it’s still open, the staff is extremely rude, I walked in there was two people behind the counter neither one said ANYTHING. I felt uncomfortable so my family and I just walked out. Today was definitely my last time coming to the location on Simmons.
