Taco Bell - Niu

Took 20 minutes to get through the drive through... This is not fast food!

Service drive through worst in town. Probably not worth the hassle unless you're really in a pinch. It's sad how bad things have gotten in the recent past. Best to just stay away.

This has to be the most odd worst taco bell in the nation. They have drive thru or self/kiosk service. No one is manning the front register, since only about 2.5 employees. The kicker (1 star) is they literally lock customers out of the dinning room! I saw it first hand, I was inside with others once you exit you don't get back in! I'm sure there's no fire code violation for that during lunch time, 12:30 PM.

The dine in option has been closed the last few times I’ve come. So I had to eat in my car. Not the biggest deal but I saw numerous others try to walk to get inside the building before they saw the sign that the interior was closed due to them being short of staff.

Poor customer service, guy at the window was super rude.
