Mcdonald's - Niles

The customer service and food quality were excellent, just like any other McDonald's. The restaurant features touchscreen kiosks for ordering, but customers also have the option to place their orders directly at the counter. Additionally, orders can be made through the app for pickup or dining at the counter. There’s an outdoor seating area as well as plenty of tables inside. The space is clean and well-maintained, which is characteristic of the Bear Family McDonald's. Occasionally, children receive credits from school for the Bear Family McDonald's, and this location is part of that program. It's a great place for everyone to enjoy a meal, with good food and service. Highly recommended!

I've been to this McDonald's several times as a driver, and each time, the service and atmosphere have met my expectations, especially considering the new look and feel that McDonald's has been implementing worldwide. They did a great job with the post-COVID transition back to business. However, I didn't give a full 5-star rating because there was no greeting when I arrived, although I understand that the employee was new. Overall, I would rate my experience as a solid 4 stars.
