Bidra med feedbackI always go here because it’s really not crowded. My favorite here is their Salmon Sushi which has like crispy fish skins on top. So good for its price. Also digging the matcha latte.
They have unli rice, cabbage and soup with their meals. I ordered their Chicken Teriyaki and loved it. Hubby got their Hamburg or Burger Steak and was not a fan. Their Kani Salad was nice. Loved their complimentary Tonteki Soup which is Miso Soup with some bits of meats.
Tokyo Tonteki will always be our go to place for loaded but affordable meals. Their mini tonteki sets are priced reasonably and very fulfilling. Try their Karaage with Teriyaki Sauce
Really yummy here! Found out about this place from famous Youtubers who live in Japan and they were raving about it. It did not disappoint! the food was reasonably priced too because they had refillable rice and veggies its just like Yabu but with japanese style porkchops.
I've never heard of Tokyo Tonteki before and the only reason we ate here was because it was one of the only remaining shops open in Greenbelt when we were looking for places to have dinner in. But we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very attentive and not to mention patient. We were their last customer but they didn't even rush us or make us feel that we were causing them any trouble. They have unlimited rice, cabbage, and soup. Their crazy maki, the best seller in the appetizers did not disappoint. The maki was perfectly balanced and fairly priced. It's a definite must have when dining here. I also ordered their best seller porkloin steak, specifically, their regular tonteki. They had a large option, but personally, the regular itself was quite generous already. Taste-wise however, I didn't much like it. Maybe it's just a matter of preference but the tonteki didn't blend well with the rice. It tasted much like a regular pork adobo but more tender and less salty. I found that it worked well with the cabbage though, so I pretty much gave my rice to my companion and made the cabbage my rice substitute. Their chicken teriyaki was good and worked well with the rice. We were offered their matcha cheesecake for dessert, and again, it was quite good. It was a nice ending to a filling dinner. Also, you can get a free california maki on your next visit with a minimum spend of P500, so that's a pretty good incentive for coming back again.
